Because of your light you are children of the day Those who walk in darkness are the ones who don’t obey If your light does not shine, darkness will reign You have My authority to rule in your domain
Use My Word as a sword to cut through the long night Its brilliance will flash to give you clear sight In the Name of My Son, ask of Me great things Lives you will change in the victory it brings
Mention often the blood of My dear Son Because of His victory, the demons will run You have My authority to rule in your domain If your light does not shine, darkness will reign

Matthew 5:14-16 – “You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead, they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. 16 In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”
John 1:1-5 – “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was with God in the beginning. 3 Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. 4 In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. 5 The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.”
Ephesians 6:17 – “Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.”
Hebrews 4:12-13 – “For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. 13 Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account.”
