Victory’s Song

By the weeping willows I see your grieving form
The songs of bygone years are too painful to perform
Like the hanging branches, your arms sway, sad and low
Standing on the shore where the streams of your tears flow

It is at this time you must draw near to hear My song
Starting low and sad, but ending sweet and strong
It’s notes of hope and faith will cause your heart to soar
A melody of grace with the power to restore

For this season in your life, you need a brand-new song
I have a melody for you to come and sing along
Before the battle starts is when victory’s song is sung
Sing it by the weeping willows-where your harps are hung

Faith’s melody is sung before you see it with your eyes
What is terrible now can be blessings in disguise
Sing victory’s song when all seems wrong and lost
The display of your faith is the price of victory’s cost

Come now and sing upon the harp strings of your heart
That is the place where the victory will soon start
Healing and miracles will begin to manifest
Of My power and glory, you will now attest
