From the deep places below, to the stars in the sky We cannot escape Your Presence though there are many who try You were there when I was formed in the depths of the earth Present in the room from my first breath at birth I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made All my days are known to You and all my thoughts are weighed You know the way I will take–nothing is hidden from You Even the deep darkness cannot hide me from Your view How then would I live if I remembered this all the time? Would my goals change to capture rewards so sublime?
