The Lord has given me victory, praise His Holy Name Over the rulers of darkness, sin, guilt and shame This I cannot do in my own strength and power I invite His Spirit to rule me, guide me and empower By God’s Spirit that lives in me I have been set free I’ve set my heart on God’s desires to have the victory The mind of sinful man leads to death, misery and strife But the mind controlled by His Spirit brings abundant life What, then, shall I say in response to this?
