You have been so faithful, You have been so good All the struggles in my heart, You have understood During my time of testing, You have been so near In the darkness of the night, You catch my falling tear Examine my thoughts and intents so they become like Yours Fill me with unselfish love that grows and then matures I don’t have it in me to love others like You do But, as Your Spirit fills me, You change my sinful view Everything I go through conforms me to Your Son You are working in me to finish what You begun The night is nearly over; the day is almost here Help me love like You do and cast away my fear Debbie Furey October 10, 2021 Romans 8:29 - For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters.
