You are worthy of all honor coming from the lips of men To You belongs the praise that from our hearts ascend It drifts up from the earth like a cloud of incense rising Filling bowls in heaven with answers to prayers crystallizing
There is much power in praise because it gives our faith a voice As our hope takes form, the result is to rejoice We go beyond the circumstances with different eyes to see From a heavenly perspective an emerging reality
An explosion of great power is the result of faith filled praise It opens doors of prisons with answers that amaze Our short time here on earth is a chance to prove our love A time to learn to obey and trust the Spirit from above
Our praise we give to You containing hearts that are full We lift hope with thanksgiving holding love indescribable Your glory has broken through the night enabling us to see Piercing through great darkness lighting the way to eternity
