Treasure wouldn’t be treasure unless it was hard to find
It brings one much pleasure to have what is cherished by mankind
What is your greatest prize you hold dear upon this earth?
What would you sacrifice for an item of great worth?
Nothing can compare to the treasure that God is
He’s as close as a prayer, He shares with us what is His
God loves mankind so, that He gave His only Son
Jesus paid the price we owe-sin’s penalty is undone
The treasure God gives will not rot or fade
He died and now lives inside us displayed

1 Timothy 6:17-19 – “Command those who are rich in this present world not to be arrogant nor to put their hope in wealth, which is so uncertain, but to put their hope in God, who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment. 18 Command them to do good, to be rich in good deeds, and to be generous and willing to share. 19 In this way they will lay up treasure for themselves as a firm foundation for the coming age, so that they may take hold of the life that is truly life.”
