Launch Out to the Deep

The waters of My Spirit form an ocean wide
I invite you to My depths and in Me abide
Most people stay in the shallows and will not come out
They do not trust Me fully, they are full of fear and doubt

It’s easy to feel faith when your feet can touch the ground
Where things are safe and comfortable that is where they’re found
Staying by the shore, they are afraid of the deep
They believe with shallow faith and will not take a leap

Launch out to the deep-that is where your blessings are found
It is in those depths, My joy and Presence abound
There you will learn to trust Me in everything you do
My Spirit will surround you and always guide you through

The fish are in the deep-that’s where you must cast your net
It was where My love reached you, you must never forget
Miracles are waiting there so big your net will break
Do everything in love and faith, and for My great Name’s sake

John 7:37-39 – “On the last and greatest day of the festival, Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, ‘Let anyone who is thirsty come to me and drink. 38 Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them.’ 39 By this he meant the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were later to receive. Up to that time the Spirit had not been given, since Jesus had not yet been glorified.”

Luke 5:4-6 – “When he had finished speaking, he said to Simon, ‘Put out into deep water, and let down the nets for a catch.’
5 Simon answered, ‘Master, we’ve worked hard all night and haven’t caught anything. But because you say so, I will let down the nets.’
6 When they had done so, they caught such a large number of fish that their nets began to break.”

Luke 5:4-11

Just the Right Time

The world is in confusion with no peace throughout
They don’t know My plans or what My love is about
My church is asleep I must wake them up
The enemies’ plans are about to erupt

It will look like they are winning for a short time
Exposing them fully and all of their crime
This must happen to wake up the deceived world
At just the right time, My plans will be unfurled

When darkness covers the earth like a shroud
My light will shine with great glory endowed
Many will come to the brightness of your dawn
Lift up My Name so that many will be drawn

The harvest is great who will work in My field?
Who will obey and to My ways yield?
I am looking for those who will answer My call
The reward is great-it is offered to all

Isaiah 60:1-3 – “Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD rises upon you. 2 See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the LORD rises upon you and his glory appears over you. 3 Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your dawn.”

John 12:31-32 – “Now is the time for judgment on this world; now the prince of this world will be driven out. 32 And I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all people to myself.”

Isaiah 45, 60

Key to Receive

Angels are released on the wings of the wind
By those on earth who believe and are disciplined
Words released in faith causes God’s hand to move
When we act on His Word, the Lord will approve

God seeks those hearts who trust and believe
Acting in faith is the key to receive
Faith without actions, God says is dead
Speak and move out with faith instead

Faith is not just hoping it is a fact
When you believe it will cause you to act
Faith’s confession creates reality
Out of thin air, the answer you will see

Hebrews 11:6 – “And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.”

Romans 10:17 (NKJV) – “So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”

Hebrews 11:1– “Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. 2 This is what the ancients were commended for.”

Romans 4:20-21 (NKJV) – “He did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God, 21 and being fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to perform. 22 And therefore ‘it was accounted to him for righteousness.’”

Acts 14:7-10
Hebrews 11

Harvest Time

“It’s harvest time,” I heard the Lord say
“You must go and work without delay
Storms are coming, and there is not much time
To My Words and purposes, you must align”

“Look at the fields they are ripe and ready
I need workers who are faithful and steady
Will you obey and go work in My field?
Will you obey and to My ways yield?”

“The reward is great for those who love Me
Your prize will last throughout eternity
You can’t imagine what’s in store for those
Who love like I do and put on work clothes”

Luke 10:1-2 – “After this the Lord appointed seventy-two others and sent them two by two ahead of him to every town and place where he was about to go. 2 He told them, ‘The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.’”

John 4:34-38 – “My food,” said Jesus, “is to do the will of him who sent me and to finish his work. 35 Don’t you have a saying, ‘It’s still four months until harvest’? I tell you, open your eyes and look at the fields! They are ripe for harvest. 36 Even now the one who reaps draws a wage and harvests a crop for eternal life, so that the sower and the reaper may be glad together. 37 Thus the saying ‘One sows and another reaps’ is true. 38 I sent you to reap what you have not worked for. Others have done the hard work, and you have reaped the benefits of their labor.”

Galatians 6:7-10 – “Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. 8 Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life. 9 Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. 10 Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.”

John 15:1-17

Deserving of Adoration

Lord, Your ways are perfect, Your ways are just
That is why, in You, I put my trust
Justice and mercy is Your foundation
You are deserving of my adoration

You are worthy of the best I can give
My sins, which are many You will forgive
I do not deserve Your blessings outpoured
Pursuing Your ways, there is great reward

It is in solitude I hear Your voice best
You are the source of my life, wisdom, and rest
I seek not the crowd, but the closet of prayer
There, in Your Presence, we have much to share

Psalm 89:14-17 – “Righteousness and justice are the foundation of your throne; love and faithfulness go before you. 15 Blessed are those who have learned to acclaim you, who walk in the light of your presence, LORD. 16 They rejoice in your name all day long; they celebrate your righteousness. 17 For you are their glory and strength, and by your favor you exalt our horn.”

Zachariah 7:8-9 – “And the word of the LORD came again to Zechariah: 9 “This is what the LORD Almighty said: ‘Administer true justice; show mercy and compassion to one another.”

Isaiah 61:8-9 – “For I, the LORD, love justice; I hate robbery and wrongdoing. In my faithfulness I will reward my people and make an everlasting covenant with them. 9 Their descendants will be known among the nations and their offspring among the peoples. All who see them will acknowledge that they are a people the LORD has blessed.”

Isaiah 56, 58, 61

Let Go

Let go of “stuff” so I can give you more
What you hold onto will not let you soar
I want you to be free to go where I go
If you are weighted down, how can you follow?

It’s not of this world what I have for you
My love and My power I wish to endue
Let go of earthly things that will weigh you down
Get in the race for an eternal crown

Let go, enter the flow, and you will see
Discover things that are now a mystery
A life of adventure awaits anyone
Who gives up their life to join with My Son

Matthew 16:24-27 – “Then Jesus said to his disciples, ‘Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me. 25 For whoever wants to save their life will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me will find it. 26 What good will it be for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? Or what can anyone give in exchange for their soul? 27 For the Son of Man is going to come in his Father’s glory with his angels, and then he will reward each person according to what they have done.’”

1 Corinthians 9:24-27 – “Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize. 25 Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last, but we do it to get a crown that will last forever. 26 Therefore I do not run like someone running aimlessly; I do not fight like a boxer beating the air. 27 No, I strike a blow to my body and make it my slave so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified for the prize.”

Matthew 10:38-39 – “Whoever does not take up their cross and follow me is not worthy of me. 39 Whoever finds their life will lose it, and whoever loses their life for my sake will find it.”

Matthew 6:31-33
Galatians 5:7-26

Keep Your Motives Pure

“Keep your motives pure,” I heard the Lord say
“That will protect you in the evil day
Do your desires align with Mine?
Your heart’s purity I will refine”

“Pursue My Presence, keep your heart fixed on Me
Seek My will and follow wholeheartedly
I am looking for faith, so do not fear
Your obedience can change the atmosphere”

“Fear only the treachery of your own heart
A traitorous motive from evil’s dart
Do not seek glory it belongs to Me
From the humble of heart, I seek loyalty”

Proverbs 16:2 – “All a person’s ways seem pure to them, but motives are weighed by the LORD.”

1 Thessalonians 5:16-24 – “Rejoice always, 17 pray continually, 18 give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.
19 Do not quench the Spirit. 20 Do not treat prophecies with contempt 21 but test them all; hold on to what is good, 22 reject every kind of evil.
23 May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. 24 The one who calls you is faithful, and he will do it.”

Psalm 37:3-6 – “Trust in the LORD and do good; dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture. 4 Take delight in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart. 5 Commit your way to the LORD; trust in him and he will do this: 6 He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn, your vindication like the noonday sun.”

Release the Prodigals

Release the prodigals return them to Me
Take the veil off their eyes so they can see
Angelic hosts, go, and guide them back home
No matter the country–wherever they roam

Release the prodigals from the enemy’s grip
Give them My Word to restore fellowship
I am waiting for them with gifts to impart
When you love them, you are showing My heart

When you see those who are in sin and hell bound
Release their chains, so the lost can be found
Great is your reward in heaven on that day
Rejoicing with those who had once been astray

Luke 15:13-20 – “Not long after that, the younger son got together all he had, set off for a distant country and there squandered his wealth in wild living. 14 After he had spent everything, there was a severe famine in that whole country, and he began to be in need. 15 So he went and hired himself out to a citizen of that country, who sent him to his fields to feed pigs. 16 He longed to fill his stomach with the pods that the pigs were eating, but no one gave him anything.
17 “When he came to his senses, he said, ‘How many of my father’s hired servants have food to spare, and here I am starving to death! 18 I will set out and go back to my father and say to him: Father, I have sinned against heaven and against you. 19 I am no longer worthy to be called your son; make me like one of your hired servants.’ 20 So he got up and went to his father.
“But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and was filled with compassion for him; he ran to his son, threw his arms around him and kissed him.”

Luke 19:9-10 – “Jesus said to him, ‘Today salvation has come to this house, because this man, too, is a son of Abraham. 10 For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.’”

Luke 15:11-32

Ever Leading Upward

All the paths of God lead to perfect peace
Ever leading upward till death’s last release
Set your eyes on Him and follow where He leads
God will protect you and satisfy your needs

If you are faithful and follow His ways
You will hear His voice all your earthbound days
God’s Word is a lamp that lights the darkest trails
He is always near even through life’s gales

Ever leading upward raise your eyes to see
Though the way seems dim to your destiny
The path gets ever steeper as you near the top
You will reach the summit if you never stop

Psalm 24:3-4 – “Who may ascend the mountain of the LORD? Who may stand in his holy place? 4 The one who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not trust in an idol or swear by a false god.”

Isaiah 33:15-17 – “Those who walk righteously and speak what is right, who reject gain from extortion and keep their hands from accepting bribes, who stop their ears against plots of murder and shut their eyes against contemplating evil— 16 they are the ones who will dwell on the heights, whose refuge will be the mountain fortress. Their bread will be supplied, and water will not fail them. 17 Your eyes will see the king in his beauty and view a land that stretches afar.”

Proclaim Liberty

Proclaim liberty throughout the land
The armies of God are taking a stand
Oh, men of faith, rise up take your place
God goes before you with mercy and grace

Church bells are ringing can you not hear?
Angelic forces respond and appear
They listen for man to declare God’s Word
Responding to faith with power out poured

Victories gains will be forever told
In ages to come of the faithful and bold
Believing God’s Word and not what they see
The battle turned from gloom to victory

James 2:22 – “You see that his faith and his actions were working together, and his faith was made complete by what he did.”

Romans 4:17-21 – “As it is written: “I have made you a father of many nations.” He is our father in the sight of God, in whom he believed—the God who gives life to the dead and calls into being things that were not.
18 Against all hope, Abraham in hope believed and so became the father of many nations, just as it had been said to him, “So shall your offspring be.” 19 Without weakening in his faith, he faced the fact that his body was as good as dead—since he was about a hundred years old—and that Sarah’s womb was also dead. 20 Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God, 21 being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised.”

Mark 11:23 – “Truly I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them.”
