Just as I am now, I will not always be 
You’re changing me into Your likeness and glory 
It is through trials I am tested by fire 
To be like You is my fervent desire 

Just as I am now, You still love me so 
Seeing me as I will be, You help me to grow 
You are working in me to accomplish Your will 
To know Your purposes, and my destiny fulfil 

Just as I am I surrender to You 
In the timeless past my thoughts You foreknew 
Search my heart and judge any offensive ways 
I purpose to follow You for all of my days
