Life does not consist of the things that you might own
Know that everything you have comes from Me alone
I only ask you to return, some of what I give
I am aware of all your wants and what you need to live

The tithe belongs to Me–it is not too much to ask
Hands outstretched to give tend to not so tightly grasp
For where your treasure is, there your heart will be
Is your source yourself–or will you fully trust in Me?

Bring My tithes and offerings so there is food in My house
Will your heart give cheerfully or will I hear you grouse?
You cannot out give Me, test Me and you will see
I will open the windows of heaven and bless you abundantly
