My precious rain that waters the Earth
Swells the seed to promote new birth
Seed that was sown by man from God’s Word
Soaked by My Spirit from prayers out-poured

Seed without rain will not grow and flourish
Teach new converts from My Word to nourish
They must be discipled with love and care
So they stay on the right path and don’t despair

I send the sun and rain to everyone
Complete what My grace and mercy has begun
Then you will shine like the stars forever
Follow My Spirit in every endeavor

John 7:37-39 – “On the last and greatest day of the festival, Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, “Let anyone who is thirsty come to me and drink. 38 Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them.”  39 By this he meant the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were later to receive. Up to that time the Spirit had not been given, since Jesus had not yet been glorified.”

Matthew 5:43-48 – “You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ 44 But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, 45 that you may be children of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. 46 If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Are not even the tax collectors doing that? 47 And if you greet only your own people, what are you doing more than others? Do not even pagans do that? 48 Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.”

Daniel 12:2-3 – “Multitudes who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake: some to everlasting life, others to shame and everlasting contempt. 3 Those who are wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness, like the stars for ever and ever.”
